February Challenge

Each month we will be doing a fitness challenge open to all. A bit of fun to spark a bit of competition and maybe to try something you usually wouldn’t.

The challenge:

Run a 5k (3.1 miles) as quick as you can (Try and beat Chike). Upload it to Strava. Then see how you match up against others!

How to compete:

  1. Follow us on Instagram: @eazyliving17

  2. Join our Strava group: EazyRunClub

  3. RUN!

  4. Once complete, title your run ‘Eazy 5k challenge’

  5. Head to www.eazyliving.net/fitness and see where you rank
